I was browsing the 99 Ranch website (don't ask why) and I came across this ad for a Lunar New Year feast. I was thinking, man, I don't know how to make 75% of the dishes on this menu...which led to, my mom is so good at making all these dishes look effortless each year...which led to, I miss my family and wish I would be there with them this Chinese New Year.
