Even post-modern societies are not safe nowadays.
Blame the gun, or blame the individual? Norway has pretty regulated, though not restrictive, gun control laws. Maybe nothing would have stopped this right-wing nut from committing such atrocious crimes, even without a gun. Either way what a sad, sad story. My thoughts are with you, Norway.
